RFI TOOLS provides application controlled color coded markings for each RFI including internet/application located copies of the design drawings and all related section views, as well as reports and lists. As RFI requests are responded to or answered, the application will update the color from RED (ISSUED) to either BLUE (Partially Answered) or GREEN (Answered).

Each RFI can include up to 5 assocated references or links to other section or detail views. Each of these references will be marked with a color coded mark and each mark will be automatically updated according to the response received.
